By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms.
A $55 non-refundable diagnostic fee applies to all devices. If you proceed with a repair, the fee is applied toward your total cost. If you decline the repair, you can apply the deposit toward a new or pre-owned device.
We provide a detailed estimate after diagnosing your device. Any additional repairs require your approval before work begins. Unforeseen issues may slightly change costs.
Repairs use high-quality parts whenever possible. Every repair undergoes a quality inspection to ensure your device is fixed correctly.
Full payment is due before your device is returned. Devices remain WEFIXTRONICS LLC property until all charges are paid. Deposits may be applied to other devices or services at our discretion.
You have 90 days to pick up your device after notification. We will attempt to contact you by phone, text, or email. Devices unclaimed after 90 days become WEFIXTRONICS LLC property.
Warranty covers only the specific repair performed. Not covered: misuse, liquid damage, third-party repairs, or unrelated issues. We are not responsible for data loss—please back up your device.
If shipped, risk passes to the carrier. We are not liable for damage in transit beyond our initial inspection.
WEFIXTRONICS LLC may update these terms anytime. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
